Terms & Conditions

By booking and attending our driving lessons, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Except for contracts executed by schools licensed by the New York State Education Department and subject to the refund provisions of regulations promulgated by that Department, prepayment for lessons and other services shall be subject to refund as follows:

If the student, having given prior notice of at least 24 hours, withdraws from or discontinues a prepaid course of instruction or series of lessons before completion thereof, or from any other service for which prepayment has been made, or if the school is unable or unwilling to complete such prepaid course of instruction, or series of lessons, or to provide such other prepaid service! all payments made by the student to the school shall be refunded except:

(i) An amount equal to the enrollment fee, if any, specified in the contract or expressly receipted for, not to exceed the sum of $ 10 or 10 percent to the total, whichever is greater, specified cost of such course of instruction or series of lessons; and
(ii) The school's per-lesson tuition charge for each lesson already taken by the student which charge shall be determined by dividing the total cost of such course of instruction or series of lessons by the number of lessons included therein.

1. Lesson Bookings & Payments

1.1. All lessons must be booked in advance and confirmed by our team.

1.2. Payments must be made before or at the time of the lesson.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

2.1. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Late cancellations may be charged.

2.2. If the instructor cancels a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement lesson will be scheduled at no extra cost.

3. Student Responsibilities

3.1. Students must carry a valid learner’s permit or driver’s license during all lessons.

3.2. Arriving late for a lesson may result in a shorter session without a refund.

3.3. Students must wear appropriate footwear and be in a fit condition to drive (not under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication affecting driving ability).

4. Instructor & Vehicle Safety

4.1. Our instructors reserve the right to stop a lesson if they believe safety is at risk.

4.2. Lessons take place in dual-control vehicles for added safety.

4.3. Students are expected to follow all instructor guidance and road rules.

5. Liability & Insurance

5.1. Our vehicles are fully insured for training purposes. However, students will be liable for any reckless damage caused due to negligence.

5.2. Driving school is not responsible for any loss, damage, or personal injury during lessons.

6. Privacy Policy

6.1. All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used only for lesson coordination and communication.
